Bob and Zip hang out with Andrew Rivers. Bob talks for the first time about being inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame. How it feels, and who some of his biggest influences were. He and Zip do some reminiscing about dating in the late ‘70s, and the first time he met Lisa.
We had planned a fascinating interview with one of the most respected record producers in Rock and Roll, which unfortunately had to be postponed.
Andrew has just finished taping his special, and he’s got lots to talk about. They tape these things twice usually, so you get choices in the editing room. Turns out night one was very hot in Seattle, and a decision was made to turn off the AC so the sound wouldn’t be picked up in the recording. Let’s just say the 2nd night was less sweaty!
